Guidelines for 365 Days of Gratitude Buddies
Find a Gratitude Buddy - one you already know or from our community. (Some people also prefer to practice on their own).
Check in with your Buddy and have a brief chat. Set a few basic guidelines for your time together:
determine a timeframe; Pick your Start and End date and decide how often you want to practice. For example, it could look like this:
Every Tuesday and Thursday for one month.
Every other day for two weeks.
Or whatever feels right for both of you.
discuss how comfortable you are with personal sharing (no profanity or sexual content pls.);
what to do if a Buddy misses a day or two;
if you plan to do the daily meditations;
anything else you can think of.
Each day, the daily meditation and prompt will help you get to know your Buddy better. For 365 Days, you WILL need to know your Buddies email and manually type it in or copy/paste. Autofill may not work, apologies!
Check in again at the end of your Gratitude Journey or send a note to share how it went. Thank your Buddy for their time!
