Gratitude Buddies is an anonymous community space for honest sharing. People come here to share what they're struggling with and what they're grateful for, and to witness each other with kindness. This is not a therapy service, a crisis platform, or a substitute for professional mental health support.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for what you share and how you respond to others. Gratitude Buddies is not liable for any interactions, outcomes, or experiences arising from your use of the platform.

You take responsibility for your own mental health and wellbeing. Gratitude Buddies does not claim to treat, diagnose, or improve any mental health condition. If you are in crisis, please reach out to a qualified professional or crisis service.

4. Community Guidelines

Be kind. No advice unless asked. No debate. No harassment, discrimination, or harmful content. Posts that violate these guidelines may be removed at our discretion.

5. Privacy & Data

Posts are anonymous. We do not store your name or location alongside any identifying information.

If you choose to share your email, it is never stored alongside your post or shared with third parties. If you sign up to stay in touch, you agree to receive occasional emails from Gratitude Buddies. You can unsubscribe at any time.We will never sell your data. As we introduce private ‘Buddy’ features in the future, messages within those journeys will be stored securely and remain private between participants.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform means you accept any changes.
