1. Swap Skills - fill out a profile; find relevant Buddies who are looking for what you offer and/or offer what you need, both parties benefit and grow, and meaningful initiatives can flourish, in a cashless exchange
on your profile, share your needs and offers, and use appropriate tags
search for Buddies and send them a connection request

join group Zoom Calls, where we have purposeful, values-aligned conversations
share knowledge and insight: Buddy+ Members present at our sessions and we all benefit.

Wellbeing support: as we deepen our practice, we begin to see that actually we are ok, even in hard moments; and we can grow to appreciate the beauty of life as it is even as we move toward a more fulfilling life. With GBs, you can build a sustainable and holistic gratitude practice, solo or with a buddy. We offer courses, guided journals (to purchase) and a Gratitude Wall, where we share our good experiences with other Buddies
