Gratitude Buddies is a place to build connection while you build a gratitude practice.

Buddies commit to a 30Day Gratitude Practice. They send each other daily or near-daily gratitude lists, noting 3 new people, items or experiences they appreciate. Each day contains a new theme, along with guided content, stories and an optional meditation.

There are two ways to practice:

BYOB - Bring Your Own Buddy

Your gratitude buddy can be:

  • a spouse,

  • a longtime best friend,

  • a parent or grandparent,

  • a new friend or partner,

  • anyone in your life you’d like to know better

Get Matched with a Buddy

  • Meet someone new from anywhere in the world

In an age of hyper-speed and stimulation,

Gratitude Buddies is a little slower.

You’re encouraged to set aside 10 minutes (more if you’re meditating) and take some time. While many of us are used to immediate responses via text and chats, Gratitude Buddies offers a little more time to reflect and respond thoughtfully.

When a buddy’s message appears in our inbox,

it’s like a little gift to unwrap.
