The end of November is a special time for those whose celebrate Thanksgiving. This year, we’re inviting you to add a little fun and spontaneity to your celebration.
And if you don’t celebrate, no problem!
Practice a bit of gratitude just because it’s good for you.
Join Gratitude Buddies for a
3-Day Global Thanksgiving Challenge.
Over three days—November 27, 28, and 29—you’ll be matched anonymously with a Gratitude Buddy from anywhere in the world (depending on who signs up!) Together, you’ll share daily reflections guided by a gratitude prompt, creating a small moment of connection in a season dedicated to thankfulness. On the final day, you’ll have the chance to reveal your identity to your Buddy - if you so choose - just to say hello or perhaps to continue your gratitude journey further.
Add a little spark to Thanksgiving - or simply brighten up your week.
Let’s bring shared joy and reflection to this season, one Buddy at a time. ☺️
PS, there is no fee to participate in this challenge.
How it works
Fill out the form below to sign up - you must sign up by 6pm EST on November 27.
You will be randomly and anonymously matched with a Gratitude Buddy from anywhere in the world (depending on who signs up)
On November 27, 28, 29 - you will receive an email each day with a gratitude prompt
Fill out the prompt and share your gratitude list for that day. Press the Green send button.
On the last day - November 29 - you have the option of revealing your identity (name, email and city/country) to say hello to your Buddy or possibly practice further.
If both Buddies agree to reveal their identity, we’ll share your info. If one Buddy wants to stay anonymous, information will not be shared.
